This site is dedicated to our parish, it's parishioners and clergy. The purpose of the site is to share and collect our parish's historical information, including photographs, biographies and other pertinent documentation This web site also hopes to server as a vehicle for sharing parish events and current news. The parish is waging a major capital campaign to preserve this historical treasure and community resource, dear to the hearts of many Latinos and all who found at St. Cecilia's a spiritual home and parochial education, including African Americans and earlier parishioners from Ireland, Germany and Italy. Urgently needed roof replacement and related masonry repairs will be undertaken under the guidance of the NY Archdiocese, architect Arthur J. Sikula Associates and the NY Landmarks Conservancy.
